Almost half of Canadians want illegal migrants to be sent back to US

Nearly half of Canadians want to deport people who are illegally crossing into Canada from the United States, and a similar number disapprove of how Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is handling the influx, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Monday.

A significant minority, four out of 10 respondents, said the border crossers could make Canada "less safe," underlining the potential political risk for Trudeau's Liberal government.

The increasing flow of hundreds of asylum-seekers of African and Middle Eastern origin from the United States in recent months is becoming a contentious issue in Canada.

Oh really. But your man Trudeau said, on TV, that he will take all illegals. Looking back, I believe on January 28th, Trudeau tweeted, “To those fleeing persecution, terror and war, Canadians will welcome you, regardless of your faith. Diversity is our strength #WelcomeToCanada”. The funny thing about invitations is, sometimes people take you up on them.Too bad. You are the ones who voted for the idiot who said he welcomes them. Have fun with that. So typical of liberals, so compassionate to illegal aliens right up until they start showing up in your neighborhood, then, not so much. It's a lot easier to stand up on your liberal perch and tell other people who and what they should be dealing with isn't it? So when Americans wanted illegal aliens deported, we become bigots and racists, but gosh it's okay for Canadians right?
