De Blasio Administration Announces $32 Million Neighborhood Rat Reduction Plan

 Mayor de Blasio unveiled a $32 million plan to battle rats in the city’s most rodent-infested neighborhoods Wednesday.

I got a way to save the city half of this amount. Throw the mayor and the NYT out of the city and you cut the rat problem in half. Half the problem solved.
