Via The Hill:
Chelsea Clinton will be honored with a lifetime achievement award from Variety next month, the magazine announced Tuesday. The 37-year-old former first daughter, a vice chair of the Clinton Foundation, is rumored to be eyeing a run for a New York Senate seat in 2020 should Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D) decide to run for president, the New York Daily News reported last month.Variety will hand out its lifetime achievement awards during its annual “Women in Power” luncheon at the ritzy Cipriani restaurant in midtown Manhattan on April 18.
I guess a lifetime of achieving nothing finally has a reward. Shouldn't such a award be given to a much older person who has actually lived a life time? This makes just about as much sense as Obozo getting the Nobel Peace Prize before he even had a chance to wreck the country. A Lifetime Achievement award from Variety? Worth even less than a Nobel Peace Prize. Her "achievement" is her last name, and it should be Hubble.
