Bill Elliot was a cancer patient who lost his insurance due to ObamaCare and couldn’t pay the expensive new premiums. He was talking about paying the ObamaCare fine, going without health insurance and “letting nature take its course.”
He went on FOX News where his story was picked up by C. Steven Tucker, a health insurance broker who helped him keep his insurance.
Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.
That’s a rather strange coincidence.
"I'm no CPA, but isn't the limit 7 years back? Not when it comes to taxes. The IRS government leeches are on your ass forever. Truth is, the IRS can only go back 3 years in most cases, 6 years if the taxpayer is suspected of understating income by 25% or more, and forever if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud. In this case, they're most likely just making a statement. Most likely Mr. Elliot will end up being put through the wringer and walk away with little or no penalty. But the message will have been sent. The IRS is Obowels bootlicking, brownshirt gestapo. And of course, in dealing with the Obowel controlled scumbags at the IRS, it will be so stressful and so expensive that the process becomes the punishment, especially if you've done nothing wrong. And remember, with the IRS, you are guilty unless you can prove your innocence. It's amazing, before he resigned, Nixon was going to be impeached for for doing less than this asshole in the Shite House is doing. Members of his party in the House and the Senate told him he was toast. They had a sense of decency. You cannot say that about most, if not all, of the Democraps. These scumbags will protect their own at any cost. Different rules for Dear Leader. Compared with this current thug, Nixon was a saint. Especially as the Congressional hearings are still underway about how Obowel used the IRS to harass American citizens, robbing them of their First Amendment Rights. I think he is capable of anything, and, if desperate enough, that includes killing people who don't obey. NOT his compassion. Just yesterday Obowel spewed some bullshit statement about how this is a free country and he welcomes dissenting opinions, or something like that. When he comes out with statements like that, you can bet the opposite is true, so when the LIV morons hear about it later, they will not believe it because their messiah told them it was so. This is tyranny people. When you cannot tell your story for fear of being audited by the IRS there is no other name to call it. I can't fathom why there is no response from the Republicans about
what is going on. Where are our elected representatives? They just sit by and let this shit go on!
