What do the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Michigan,
Maryland, Connecticut, Washington, Nevada all have in common? They saw initial jobless claims jump over by 1,000 this past week.
What else do they have in common? They all voted for Obama, thinking he
will be the one who will fix the economy, after four years of complete
failure. North Carolina was also in this list, and while they didn’t
vote for Obama this time, they did four years ago, and have an
incompetent, Democrat Governor in charge of their state.
Ohio is especially ironic, because over 6,000 initial filings were
results of layoffs in the automobile and manufacturing industries.
