White House frustration with Garland grows

Joe Biden may be preparing to toss Attorney General Merrick Garland under the bus following the release of the DOJ Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning report on his poor memory and building anger over the pace of the Trump election interference probe.

The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila previously reported Biden went on a vulgar tirade following the release of Hur’s report. Biden and his cronies also partially blame Garland for not exercising his authority to demand edits to Hur’s report.

Now, a report from Politico reveals that Biden is angry Garland did not prosecute Trump sooner for “election interference.” Translation: Biden wanted the case decided before the 2024 election (which is still possible) purely to lock Trump before the 2024 election. It is an incredible yet unsurprising attempted scheme to abuse the power of the presidency.

But… but…. but…. he told us he was not involved in the prosecution of Trump. That everything was completely independent. That he wasn’t acting in dictatorial fashion. Everything was on the up and up. Cmon man! It's laughable when these goons call Trump a tyrant.

I guess it's safe to say, the current government of the USA is the most politically corrupt in the world.

I hope they don't succeed in getting rid of biden. The longer he lasts the worse it is for them. Just keep agitating him and keep the cameras rolling. He has a legitimate shot to hit the 20's in approval rating by next month! He is dragging them down with him and it is glorious.

 

New York Governor Kathy Hochul Fast-Tracking Proposal That Would Allow Illegal Immigrants to Take American Jobs

New York Governor Kathy Hochul is trying to make it easier for illegal border crossers to get jobs. This is not the first time she has done this, but this time her efforts are much more expansive.

Illegal immigrants in New York already get free housing, free meals and even debit cards. Now they will be able to compete with American citizens for work.

What is the next step? What benefit will they be given next?

Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) is easing up requirements in her state so that illegal immigrants can quickly get a job in the U.S., taking away benefits from hard-working American citizens.

This week, Hochul approved a controversial proposal that would make it easier for illegal migrants to secure U.S. government jobs in New York.

“Governor Hochul has prioritized modernizing our State workforce and eliminating red tape, and she has instituted a series of reforms to achieve that goal,” a spokesperson for Hochul said in a statement. “This initiative, which has not yet been implemented, would offer temporary employment opportunities available for anyone who can legally work in the United States.”

The proposal will require illegal aliens to obtain legal work authorization from the federal government. However, other requirements– such as the New York Department of Civil Service relaxing English language proficiency requirements– would be eased for thousands of government jobs. An education verification and certification would also be omitted from the job qualification.

The goal is for the “hard-to-recruit, entry-level titles” jobs to become permanent for the illegal migrants, which will start as temporary roles. Still, agencies will have the option to make them indefinite if their work is satisfactory.

The Constitution is very clear that the states can not make immigration law. Thus, the NY Governor would actually be guilty of forgery of government documents, tax fraud, and social security fraud charges for EVERY ILLEGAL she gives this permission to.

There's nothing dumber in the world than a Marxist Lunatic Democrat politician from a Blue State. Why haven't these garbage people been impeached already? Ratings Challenged CNN Rearranging Deck Chairs on the Titanic, Revamps Morning Show Lineup Again

CNN is once again revamping their morning lineup, hoping that someone might notice and actually watch their channel.

That is unlikely. CNN’s problem goes far beyond deciding which Democrat activists will host their morning shows. Their problem is a lack of trust from viewers who know that they’ve been burned too many times.

The network has changed leaders twice over the last two years and any time someone wants to make real change at the network, the staff revolts and gets rid of them.

Speaker Johnson Pledges ‘Worse Than Expected’ Senate Border Bill ‘Dead on Arrival’ in House

“I’ve seen enough,” Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) declared Sunday night.

Just hours after Senate negotiators unveiled their pro-migration border bill, Johnson pledged the bill would never move through the House.

“This bill is even worse than we expected, and won’t come close to ending the border catastrophe the President has created,” Johnson posted on X. “As the lead Democrat negotiator proclaimed: Under this legislation, ‘the border never closes.'”

Johnson referenced a statement from the lead Democrat negotiator, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), who correctly pointed out that “the border never closes” under the bipartisan deal.

Murphy touted a “requirement” in the bill for “the President to funnel asylum claims to the land ports of entry when more than 5,000 people cross a day. The border never closes, but claims must be processed at the ports. This allows for a more a more orderly, humane asylum processing system.”

Yet his post is misleading. The threshold to enable the declaration of a new emergency authority is not 5,000 migrant encounters per day, but 8,500. It would take an average of 5,000 migrants crossing per day over seven days to trigger the secretary’s authority to declare an emergency.

And despite Murphy’s claim, the language in the bill reads that the secretary “shall” activate the border authority, not “must.”

Further weakening the language, the president has the authority to waive the declaration for 45 days.

Despite Johnson stating emphatically that the bill will go nowhere in the House, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is expected to begin pulling procedural triggers Monday to enable votes on the bill this week.
