Celebrities are banding together to #RejectTheNRA in the wake of the Las Vegas shooting— the deadliest to date on U.S. soil — and they have a very specific plan to do so.

Melissa McCarthy, Emma Stone, Bill Hader, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, John Slattery, Sheryl Crow, and Adam Scott are some of the stars featured in a new PSA that targets efforts to roll back safety laws on gun silencers and concealed carry reciprocity legislation.

The Creative Council for Everytown for Gun Safety, which Moore started in 2015, announced a plan to send one million phone calls to Congress until the next vote in 2018 to urge representatives to reject the agenda of the National Rifle Association. The PSA offers simple instructions on how to do so by connecting callers with Everytown, the gun advocacy nonprofit, and guidelines on what to say.

Other celebrities joining the new PSA include Jack Antonoff, Kathryn Hahn, Samuel Harris, Zazie Beetz, Cynthia Rowley, Natalie Morales, Moby, and Laura Dern. All of them urge Congress to oppose the SHARE Act, which, as they say, would “roll back gun silencer safety laws” and “could make mass shootings even more deadly.” They also highlight concealed reciprocity legislation, which would allow gun owners to carry firearms across state lines.

“I feel really strongly that the time has come to reject the NRA’s dangerous agenda and put the safety of all Americans first,” Beetz and McCarthy said in the video. “We should not make it easy for people with dangerous histories to buy silencers,” Moore added.

I would prefer to reject these assholes. Do people really think these pretend to be people for a living morons opinions even matter? What we need are laws protecting the public from Hollywood. Will these elitist morons ever figure out that real America doesn't care what they have to say or think and resents being lectured to by a bunch of hypocrites who will support rapists and child molesters as long as their careers are protected? Hey I have an idea, how about you frauds focus on your sexual assault problem? Apparently it's been going on for a few decades with your approval. You allowed the Rape Culture against women for generations and didn't do anything to stop the "Casting Couch". I really don't think now was a good time for Hollywood to tell American's what to do. Hollywood has no soul, no morality and is a cesspool. Perhaps we could find a better group of people for moral guidance. Get me someone on the tube who can talk the topics without being spoon fed the lines by their political masters and then we can have a conversation.

These pretenders must think everyone is stupid. What dangerous agenda is the NRA promoting specifically? None since I just looked. Clean up your own house of perversion before you dare preach to the rest of us. And just think, if they were just carrying a gun they wouldn't have been molested by Weinstein! So stick to something you actually know something about, like making a profit from the countless movies and rap songs depicting violence in which you use a gun for a prop. #hypocritters.
