Bill Elliot was a cancer patient who lost his insurance due to ObamaCare and couldn’t pay the expensive new premiums. He was talking about paying the ObamaCare fine, going without health insurance and “letting nature take its course.”
He went on FOX News where his story was picked up by C. Steven Tucker, a health insurance broker who helped him keep his insurance.
Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.
That’s a rather strange coincidence.
"I'm no CPA, but isn't the limit 7 years back? Not when it comes to taxes. The IRS government leeches are on your ass forever. Truth is, the IRS can only go back 3 years in most cases, 6 years if the taxpayer is suspected of understating income by 25% or more, and forever if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud. In this case, they're most likely just making a statement. Most likely Mr. Elliot will end up being put through the wringer and walk away with little or no penalty. But the message will have been sent. The IRS is Obowels bootlicking, brownshirt gestapo. And of course, in dealing with the Obowel controlled scumbags at the IRS, it will be so stressful and so expensive that the process becomes the punishment, especially if you've done nothing wrong. And remember, with the IRS, you are guilty unless you can prove your innocence. It's amazing, before he resigned, Nixon was going to be impeached for for doing less than this asshole in the Shite House is doing.
