Judicial Watch: New OBAMA IRS SCANDAL – Records Go Missing!

Judicial Watch announced Monday that the IRS records management practice resulted in lost records and incomplete IRS responses to FOIA requests and congressional inquiries.

Judicial Watch’s litigation forced the IRS first to say that emails belonging to Lois Lerner, former director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the IRS, were supposedly missing and later declare to the court that the emails were on IRS back-up systems.  Lerner was one of the top officials responsible for the IRS’ targeting of President Obama’s political opponents.  Judicial Watch exposed various IRS’ record keeping problems:

• In June 2014, the IRS claimed to have “lost” responsive emails belonging to Lerner and other IRS officials.

• In July 2014 Judge Emmett Sullivan ordered the IRS to submit to the court a written declaration under oath about what happened to Lerner’s “lost” emails. The sworn declarations proved to be less than forthcoming.

• In August 2014, Department of Justice attorneys for the IRS finally admitted Judicial Watch that Lerner’s emails, indeed all government computer records, are backed up by the federal government in case of a government-wide catastrophe. The IRS’ attorneys also disclosed that Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) was looking at several of these backup tapes.

• In November 2014, the IRS told the court it had failed to search any of the IRS standard computer systems for the “missing” emails of Lerner and other IRS officials.

As usual, I'm shocked but not surprised. It boggles my mind that so many laws can be so blatantly and obviously broken and not one person is held accountable. Obowel is without a doubt the worst president this country has ever elected. No one can argue that he's the most corrupt, most failed and has the weakest "legacy" of any president, alive or dead. Obowel was a lawless president, and , as of today, is still above the law. I still can't believe President Trump's people and/or the ball less GOP haven't done a thing about this yet.

The corruption has no end in this country, this is why Trump won. But if nothing continues to be done, then "what difference at this point does it make".

Kaepernick-Defending Chicago Tribune Columnist Calls Nat’l Anthem A ‘Pompous Battle Number’

A Chicago Tribune columnist bared her true feelings about America in a Thursday piece about Colin Kaepernick, the National Football League star who stirred strong feelings last year when he knelt for the national anthem to protest police brutality toward African-Americans.

Asking why Kaepernick cannot find a new spot in the NFL Diana Goetsch asked, “What’s worse in the eyes of the NFL — players beating women or kneeling for the national anthem? Answer: kneeling.”

“‘The Star-Spangled Banner’ is a pompous battle number,” Goetsch went on to say, although admitting that it had the signatures of 5 million Americans when it was approved as the national anthem in 1930.

It's amazing how many Anti-American jerks chose America to make their home in. Never thought I would see the day when someone would call our National Anthem a "pompous battle number". But then I never thought we would have 8 years of an anti-American president who triggered this. So a Chicago liberal media shithead's concept of what is fair in the NFL is something we all should pay attention to? Not. Triggered by our national anthem? Too bad.
