Comey Under Oath: Trump NEVER Pressured FBI to Halt Investigations “It’s Not Happened”

Former FBI Director James Comey testified under oath May 3rd that the Trump administration had not pressured his agency to halt any investigation for political purposes.

Lying during sworn congressional testimony is committing perjury, a federal offense punishable by up to five years in prison.

So Comey is either a liar or a liar who committed perjury. If, as the video says, Trump never pressured him, someone is lying about the memo. By the way, has there been any more news about that memo? Last I heard it was read over the phone by someone other than Comey. If that memo exists, Comey is screwed. He contradicts his sworn testimony before Congress and it opens him up to indictment for having hid it. Which raises the question, is there any chance that Comey did not write that memo and that someone is setting him up? If so, Jimmy better speak up and do it fast. 

Even Assuming Trump Made Claimed Statement In Memo, It’s Not Obstruction Of Justice

The New York Times’ bombshell story alleging President Donald Trump asked former FBI Director James Comey to end the investigation of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn reintroduced a Watergate-era word to the political lexicon: obstruction of justice.

Some Trump critics, including congressional Democrats, claimed Trump’s alleged statements constitute obstruction of justice — one of the articles of impeachment brought against President Richard Nixon.

“I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go,” Trump allegedly said to Comey. “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.”

Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy said lawmakers were parsing the exact meaning of federal obstruction laws in the aftermath of the story.

Typical situation of democrats once again making assholes of themselves. Much bullshit about nothing. From what I understand, even if President Trump did make that statement, and Comey took it as an attempt to obstruct justice in the case he was considering, by law he has to report that attempt of obstruction. By not doing so, Comey himself has broken the law if it were obstruction, which it is not. Besides, the Director of the FBI serves at the pleasure of the President and can be removed from office for any reason, not the least of which being a useless, lying, incompetent moron who flubs major investigations in front of public testimony to Congress. 

In my opinion, Comey is going to clear President Trump because he can't say he thought the comments were obstruction...or he f**ks himself, and the democrats and media will start crying again. 

Pelosi Won’t Say Whether She Encourages Dems to Talk About Impeaching Trump

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stammered through an equivocation on whether she encouraged her members to publicly talk about impeaching President Trump at a CNN town hall on Monday.

Host Chris Cuomo asked Pelosi if she discouraged her members from discussing impeachment.

“It’s a reflection of what they’re hearing in their own constituencies,” Pelosi said.

The House Minority Leader then sputtered through a few sentences that did not answer the question before finally saying, “they know I don’t subscribe to that [view].”

                       

We don't think you're nuts, just BATSHIT CRAZY! The only impeachable offence Nancy and the democrats have come up with, in their own feeble minds, is that he beat Hillary. And, the fact he won, even after all her cheating, it just has to be a crime. I don't think she understands how this impeachment thing works. But then again, thinking is not her strong suit.
