President Trump Withdraws from Paris Climate Accord

Via NY Times:

WASHINGTON — President Trump announced Thursday that he will withdraw the United States from participation in the Paris climate accord, weakening global efforts to combat climate change and siding with conservatives who argued that the landmark 2015 agreement was harming the economy.

But he will stick to the withdrawal process laid out in the Paris agreement, which President Barack Obama joined and most of the world has already ratified. That could take nearly four years to complete, meaning a final decision would be up to the American voters in the next presidential election.

Still, Mr. Trump’s decision is a remarkable rebuke to fellow heads-of-state, climate activists, corporate executives and members of the president’s own staff, all of whom failed this week to change Mr. Trump’s mind with an intense, last-minute lobbying blitz.

Flushing this POS Accord was brave. This was a great day for America and President Trump should be applauded for not caving to the left and its special interest groups. The fact that Obowel, Elon Musk and Tom Steyer are all bent out of shape should leave no doubt that leaving the Paris accord will be favorable to the American middle class. Chalk up another campaign promise when democrats can't get involved fulfilled. Thank you President Trump. Thank you for not involving America in this globalist bullshit! MAGA!

Hillary Clinton swiftly said “no” on Wednesday when asked at Code Conference 2017 whether she would run for president again.

Among other subjects, Clinton’s interview went over her 2016 election loss to Donald Trump and what she considered unfair coverage of various issues like her Goldman Sachs paid speeches and private email server use.

“Are you running again, by the way?” Kara Swisher asked.

“No,” Clinton said, smiling and shaking her head.

Which means she will be. Hillary has lied before. She is lying now. I don't believe a word that comes out of her lying mouth. We have heard her say that before and like everything else she said, it was a LIE. But, I kinda imagine seeing her go for it and loosing for the 3rd straight time. Which might increase her chances for a super mental breakdown! That would be somewhat entertaining. But this is clear and plain bullshit. She wants the presidency too bad. She's going to say she's not, while she makes sure her name is mentioned weekly in the news, and attempt to manufacture a consensus for her to run. She may not exactly run, but she will be limping, crawling, creeping and being dragged to whatever staged events she can muster the strength and sobriety to keep her destiny with the shattered glass ceiling.
