Burgess Owens: Today’s NFL Players Who Are Sitting During National Anthem Are Failing Our Kids

Burgess Owens is absolutely correct. Not only are they failing our kids, they are failing our Country.  These morons would dead or in prison if not for the NFL. But let's take the blame a little further. Can you say Parents. If parents are steering their children towards these Social JustUs Whiners, who are nothing but entitled jerks that have no morals as role models, the problem starts there. Kids should visit real heroes, Veterans, our First Responders, etc. Teach your kids that disrespectful behavior like the NFL is allowing should be challenged and boycotted. Teach your children about the importance of our national anthem and why you should always stand with respect for those that died for our freedoms. There was a time when athletes were good role models, be it baseball, football, basketball, whatever. But not anymore. We can no longer count on these players to be honorable anymore. I would respect their views if they were consistent. They aren't. The American flag is offensive to them as a symbol of oppression. The American national anthem is offensive to them as a symbol of oppression.The Constitution is offensive to them. Oh but that OTHER symbol of America is just fine with them...the American Dollar. Why isn't that offensive to them? What hypocrites.

Who ever would have thought that the National Football League would turn against America? As far as I am concerned, the liberals can have the NFL. Destroy it like everything they come in contact with. They can take their $12 dollar hot dogs and $150 to $500 dollar tickets and shove them where the sun doesn't shine, aka their ass. Think about it, $150 dollars to watch some asshole shit on my flag. No thanks.The NFL suffers from an over-inflated sense of self importance, among other things. Disrespect our Anthem, disrespect our flag ,and raise your f**king radical fist at me, sorry, football is dead in my America.

Al Sharpton’s Daughter Ashley Arrested After Cops Say She Attacked Cab Driver

Via NY Daily News:

Rev. Al Sharpton’s daughter’s birthday celebration ended in handcuffs early Saturday after she attacked a cabbie in Midtown, police sources said.

Ashley Sharpton, 30, is facing charges of petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property after she grabbed the keys from a cabbie on W. 48th and Ninth Ave., then shoved and punched the cab driver when he demanded them back.

The clash began just before 1 a.m. on W. 48th St. and Ninth Ave. when Sharpton and three others jumped into a cab, but gave the cab driver different destinations.

The cab driver stopped his car until his passengers could figure out where they were going when Sharpton, who was sitting in the front seat, took the keys from the ignition.

She jumped out of the car and threw the keys – which the cabbie didn’t see. The cab driver approached her, demanding his keys back, when she began shoving him.

Sharpton then ran off. Cops caught up with her about two hours later on W. 46th St. and took her into custody.

She was given a desk appearance ticket and sent home.
