White House Stop Releasing Obamacare Enrollment Numbers Before Midterm Elections…

The Obama administration has quietly decided to halt its monthly updates on Obamacare enrollment, which were a major pipeline of information about the impact of the health law heading into the 2014 campaign season. ‘HHS issued monthly enrollment reports during the first marketplace open enrollment period in order to provide the best understanding of enrollment activities as it was taking place,’ an HHS spokeswoman emailed. ‘Now that this time period has ended, we will look at future opportunities to share information about the marketplace that is reliable and accurate over time as further analysis can be done but we do not anticipate monthly reports.’ The agency offered no information about the timing or level of detail in any future updates.

this embarrassment of an administration can't even lie good even after all the practice they've had. Can anyone point to even one instance when the reich was ever truthful? OK, skyrocketing electric prices, said he'd bankrupt coal-fired power plants, but anything else? And why would they want to hide the numbers. Because in reality, these are the numbers:
Take their 8 million that signed up. Since 5 million lost their insurance, that leaves 3 million. But 80% are Medicaid, so that leaves 600,000. However only about 1/4 have actually paid, so that leaves only about 150,000 people who now have insurance who did not before. 3 Trillion dollars for 150,000 people. Now that's a deal! That's something to be proud of! Trying to cook the numbers ain't gonna help because you can't cover a pile of shit in the middle of a room that people have already smelled and stepped in and try to convince them it's not an issue. It's an issue, an issue that will bite the democraps in the ass in 2014.
