Obama Makes Up His Own Rules

Last month, President Obama declared he’ll “act on my own,” that he doesn’t need Congress to exercise his power.
“We’re not just going to be waiting for legislation. I’ve got a pen . . . and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions,” he asserted. “One of the things that I’m going to be talking to my Cabinet about is how do we use all the tools available to us.”
He’s already made good on his promise to act unilaterally — delaying the ObamaCare mandate on businesses again last week and changing the rules for immigration enforcement.
But what Obama didn’t say is that, behind the scenes, he’s radically increasing the government’s reach. His tools aren’t laws or even executive orders — it’s thousands of new pages of new rules in the Federal Register, the nation’s official book of regulations, controlling everything from home finance to car deals to city zoning.
An unelected, unappointed shadowy network of leftie advocates are rewriting these rules — posing a direct threat to Congress’ legislative authority. Yet alarmingly few lawmakers are aware of its clout. Likewise, few in the private sector know about its unchecked power and influence over business and finance — or even local housing and school policies.

There is no other time in history where a President and his Administration has ever done what this president is doing by just unilaterally changing laws and regulations at will. The question that needs to be asked is why is congress and the judicial branches allowing this to go on and seem to be powerless to stop him? There is a simple reason why they are allowing this to happen,
and I am going to say it and I don't care what anyone thinks. The simple reason they will not stop him is he is black, plan and simple. God forbid they impeach the first black American President. You will have every black activist in the country and every white guilt burdened leftist screaming racism in the streets. They would rather he totally destroy the country before they allow that. Sorry to say this is what happens when you elect an unknown, protected, unqualified, bigoted anti-American as president. He is an untouchable sacred cow because he is black and a democrap. It's liberalism on display in all it's disgusting glory. And these asshole's in congress like John Boner, better put down the gin and tonic and wake the f**k up! This has gone too far and they have been far too complacent. Let's hope the next president has the balls to overturn about 95% of Obowel's executive orders, and to start running thousands of pages from the Federal Register through the paper shredder. Many brave men and women gave their very lives so that we may live free under our Constitution, a nation of laws, not of men. Obowel pisses on each of their graves with every anti-Constitutional act that he makes. When we allow him to act as a dicktator, a lawless man who holds all of us in contempt, we do a great disservice to those who came before us and sacrificed so much. May God help us and guide us." MC
