Wasn't the regime hoping for around 600,000 applications by the end of the month as a worst case scenario? Then they low-balled it and thought 500K would be fully enrolled. And now they distort the facts when in reality, it's more like 75,000 have enrolled. So if 500k visited and only 75k successfully completed an application you have a 15% conversion rate. This is a horrible
conversion rate % when success is based on a fully completed application. Based on their logic, say I apply to a college, then I'm enrolled. And if I show up on graduation day, I've graduated even though I never attended. I think that's how Barry went through college. Amazing! It's just another lie, another scandal.
