The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left. -- Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV)

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. Thomas Jefferson

CNN Poll: Obama’s Net Approval Rating Tanks 15 Points…

"Uh oh. He'll probably have a pissy fit and shut down the National Parks system. Because, you know, sequestration. "Some 47 percent of respondents approve of the job he’s doing," - 47%, where did I hear that number? I know I've heard it before. The same slug parasites who don't pay income tax. How the hell can so many people approve of this POS? "Underwater" sounds like the
perfect place for the Slug in Chief. Too bad morons like the Rhino's always find a way to throw him a life vest. Let us pray: Lord, may someone in Congress have the courage to stand up to the Narcissist In Chief and tell him that his vacations and spending is grounded. Yes, that means Moochelle too. And may Congress make that lazy ass mooching mother-in-law of his pay rent. I'd bet that would fund a week of White House tours. No more living in excess on our dime. And may they be forced to share the misery that he imposes on all of us. Amen." MC

Via Politico:
President Obama’s approval rating has fallen 8 points and his disapproval rating jumped 7 points since the beginning of the year, leaving him underwater, according to a new CNN/ORC International poll.
Some 47 percent of respondents approve of the job he’s doing, while 50 percent disapprove, the poll found. [...]
Gallup earlier this month found his three-day approval rating tumbling to its lowest level since reelection. A McClatchy Marist poll last week found his approval rating at 45 percent among registered voters, the lowest level since 2011. Quinnipiac came up with  the same result earlier this month — 45 percent — compared with 53 percent after reelection.
White House press secretary Jay Carney has said people shouldn’t pay attention to the “series of polls” and pointed out that a recent Washington Post poll found his approval rating at 50 percent. Although the Post poll last week also found that has dropped 5 points since he took the oath of office in January.
