The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left. -- Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV)

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. Thomas Jefferson

Liberalism: Ideas so good, you have to be forced to accept them.

MSNBC Ad? DNC Ad? Who Can Tell The Difference?

"At least BSDNC is admitting who they really are". MC

MSNBC really needs to change it’s name. NewsBusters suggests MSDNC, because, well, watch:

If they just took out the “MSNBC” plug at the end one would have no idea whether this was an ad for the Democrat Party or their cable TV arm. If you can’t play the video, this is what the ad says:
“We are not going to have a Supreme Court that will overturn Roe v. Wade. We’re not going to repeal health reform. We’re not going to give a 20 percent tax cut to millionaires and billionaires,” the female narrator sternly insists. ” We are not going to amend the United States Constitution to stop gay people from getting married. We are not eliminating the Department of Energy. We are not letting Detroit go bankrupt. We are not vetoing the Dream Act. We had the choice to do that, and we said no.”
A Web ad by the DNC celebrating President Obama’s reelection? No, it’s the latest MSNBC “Lean Forward” ad, narrated by anchor Rachel Maddow. The end of every MSNBC ad ends with slogan, which is remarkably similar to President Obama’s reelection slogan “Forward.”
What can you expect from the network that gave zero positive coverage to Mitt Romney in the week before the election, and 100% positive coverage to Obama? Coverage of Obama improved in the same week overall, but MSNBC totally beclowned itself. Oh, but for those of you who believe CNN is much better, think again. Not long ago someone told me that CNN is the most unbiased news organization out there. I laughed in her face.
