Working hard! After returning for two days from weeks off, Harry Reid shuts down senate again ‘Thanksgiving recess’

Fiscal cliff? What’s that? After being on recess for nearly two months during the campaign season, the Senate returned to session on Tuesday. Today, Harry Reid decided to put the Senate back on recess until after Thanksgiving. Gotta love the hard work of Marxist Democrats in the Senate (or House Republicans for that matter.) Remember, you pay these jackwagons $174,000 per year.

“My friends can’t take ‘yes’ for an answer,” Reid said Thursday on the Senate floor, discussing the defense bill. “We’ll come back after the recess for Thanksgiving and look at it again and maybe by then they can take ‘yes’ for answer.”
